The law firm of Durkee & Hennessey is located in Bellevue, WA.  The firm consists of Stephen R. Durkee, Stephen P. Hennessey and Jeffery A. Hellinger.  The firm has an emphasis in construction law, including lien and bond claims, contracts and collections, as well as general litigation and commercial transactions.

MARKETING TO ARCHITECTS
RMCA recently initiated a program to market "residential masonry" to the architectural community. We are very excited about this program and are confident in its effectiveness. No individual firms will be named, just "residential masonry".

If you'd like your architects to be placed onto a database (proprietary information, of course), send your mailing lists to barb@residentialmasonrycontractors.com and they'll be added. Let's put 'residential masonry' in front of the architectural/design community.

Additional member benefits include:

  1. Contractor Business Training (Certification)
  2. State-certified Apprenticeship School
  3. Preferred Contractor referral from suppliers
  4. Labor Pool for participating members
  5. Ongoing training & education programs
  6. Codes and Standards (lunchtime seminars)
  7. Networking with other contractors, builders, suppliers, architects, bankers, lawyers, insurance brokers
  8. United voice to suppliers and distributors
  9. Market preservation efforts (marketing to architects0
  10. Access to lists of owners and builders with liens field against their properties or bonds
  11. Affiliations with Masonry Contractors of America (MCAA), the Masonry Heater Association (MHA) and Western States Clay Products (WSCPA)
